Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Valet Edge provides valeting and detailing services. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined herein.

2. Reservations & Deposit

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in-person.

  • A 30% deposit of the total service fee is required to secure a booking.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • A reservation is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

  • Valet Edge reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

3. Vehicle Responsibility

  • Clients must provide accurate vehicle information at the time of service.

  • Clients are responsible for removing all valuables from the vehicle before service. Valet Edge is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

4. Client Conduct

  • Clients must follow instructions given by Valet Edge staff.

  • Aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

5. Payment

  • Payment of the remaining balance is due upon completion of service.

  • Valet Edge accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.

  • Any returned checks or declined cards may incur additional fees.

6. Privacy

  • Valet Edge collects personal information only for service purposes.

  • We do not sell or share client information without consent, except as required by law.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Valet Edge reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the deposit being forfeited.

  • No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their reservation without prior notice will be considered a no-show and charged the full service fee.

  • Refunds: Any refundable amounts will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a reservation without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance.
